For dynamic condition with coefficient horizontal earthquake 0,18 obtained average 0.95 (manually). While for analysis loads program cannot calculated, then lateral deformation value sought, which 0,505 m. From result, existing system SF less than 1.25. Reinforcement designed divided into 2 zones, such as: 1.0 m 0.5 Analysis slopes reinforcement 1.880. It means reachs 64%. deformationnof renforcement an load 0,034 m, so meets allowable value.
